Carl has been married to Mary (Cassidy) Mazzariello for 54 years and they have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren.
Nicole Haley is a life long resident of Vermont with many ties to the Rutland community. She previously worked in the banking industry for 27 years and has a strong background in mortgage lending. Nicole likes to get to know her clients’ needs and dreams to ensure that she is able to meet and exceed their expectations. Nicole’s many years of experience in lending and customer service gives her a unique understanding of the home buying and selling process.
Nicole is an active member of the community; she belongs to The Rotary Club of Rutland VT, is a board member of the United Way of Rutland County, and is also a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. She considers herself passionate about the Rutland area and enjoys her involvement.
Nicole enjoys being out and about and meeting new people. Her hobbies include golf, dancing, walking, and spending time with her family enjoying all that Vermont has to offer.

Community and bringing people together have long been Amy Moore’s key sources of inspiration and passion. Out of high school, she organized, opened, and managed a food Co-op/community center in the town she grew up in, Proctor, VT. The community impact of that project will be long remembered.
Following her involvement with the Co-op, also known as The Proctor General Store, Amy received her bachelor’s degree in business at The College of Saint Joseph. In the years following her graduation she worked as a spa receptionist, a sales associate at the Rutland Area Food Coop and as a nanny.
With a harmonious balance of business, community, and family experience, Amy loves bringing people together and making a difference; her work as a real estate agent will bring honesty and a breath of fresh air to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Vermont area.
As a Rutland Vermont native, Max Walker understands and appreciates the many benefits of life in the Green Mountain State.
